01 / Private one to one coaching
Room to explore.
Clarity to choose.
For people facing a life transition, feeling stuck, or ready to get honest about what they truly want.
What do you want,
when you give yourself
room to ask?
You may be navigating a change you did not choose. You may have built a life that looks right on paper and still feel that something needs to shift. Or there may be a desire you keep returning to, without quite letting yourself name it.
Clear Path Perspective makes room for that conversation. We slow down, ask honest questions, and explore what matters to you.
The aim is to help you admit what you truly want, understand the choices in front of you, and find a next step that feels like your own.
Where we can begin
Bring the question
you keep coming back to.
Something has changed.
A new chapter, a career decision, a move, or a shift in how you see yourself. You want room to understand what comes next.
Something no longer fits.
You feel stuck in a pattern, role, or direction that you have outgrown. You want to explore what you are ready to choose differently.
Something keeps calling.
There is a desire you keep setting aside. You want space to say it out loud and consider what it could mean for your life.
The approach
Make space.
Get honest.
Choose deliberately.
A conversation where you can arrive as you are, slow down, and explore without having to present a polished answer.
Notice the hopes, expectations, and assumptions shaping your choices. Give language to what you want and what has been difficult to admit.
Consider your options, name a realistic next step, and decide how you want to move forward. We return to what you learn as life unfolds.
Working together
A conversation
with room for you.
Begin with discovery
40 minutes to make room.
A complimentary discovery conversation gives us space to explore what brings you here, name what deserves your attention, and consider whether working together feels right.
You can leave with a question worth exploring or a perspective to reflect on. There is no obligation to continue.
Meet by video or in person in Summit County, Colorado. We confirm the format and meeting details together.
From a focused conversation to an ongoing coaching relationship, we explore what kind of support fits your life. We discuss the options, session rhythm, and investment together before you commit.
You set the pace. There is room to explore before deciding what to do. When you are ready, we can choose a reflection or a small experiment to carry into everyday life.
Your coach
Patrick Linfante

I have spent years learning through recovery, endurance, guiding, leadership, and community. The experiences have taught me to pay attention to the choices that shape a life, and to the importance of having someone beside you while you find your own way.
My aim is to give you space to explore what your heart desires, feel able to say it honestly, and consider what you want to do with that truth.
02 / Teams & Communities
A more connected
way forward.
Bring the challenge your people are navigating. We start by understanding what is happening, what matters, and where a clearer perspective could help.
Leadership & ownership.
Explore how people make decisions, share responsibility, and develop the confidence to lead beyond a title.
Connection & belonging.
Look at what helps people feel seen, take part, and turn participation into meaningful contribution.
Insight into action.
Clarify the next step, who will own it, and how to bring a useful idea into the way your people work together.
We begin with a conversation and agree on the focus, format, scope, and investment together. The work takes shape around the people and the situation.
Discuss Your Team ↗A few practical questions
Before we begin.
What happens during discovery?
We spend 40 minutes making room for what brings you here, exploring what you want, and reflecting on what feels clearer or deserves more attention. If you would like, we also discuss what further coaching could look like. You do not need to prepare a polished story or make a decision about continuing.
How do we meet?
Discovery conversations are available by video or in person in Summit County, Colorado. We agree on the format and confirm the meeting details when arranging your conversation.
Do I need a clear goal?
You can begin with uncertainty. Feeling stuck, facing a transition, or wanting to understand what you truly want is enough to start a conversation.
What will we work on?
Your choices, desires, direction, and next steps. We agree on a focus together and leave room for what you discover along the way.
Will you tell me what to do?
I bring questions, observations, and perspective. You decide what fits your life. The aim is to help you hear your own desires more clearly and make choices you can stand behind.
What is the scope of this work?
Clear Path Perspective offers personal coaching focused on reflection, choices, and action. Therapy, diagnosis, and mental health treatment are outside this coaching service.
What are the options for working together?
Start with a complimentary 40 minute discovery conversation. We explore what you want support with, whether a focused conversation or an ongoing commitment makes sense, and the available options. We discuss fees and practical details before you decide.
